Randall Toop Memorial Fundraiser

On May 31st, CrossFit Vernon will be hosting a HYROX like event as a fundraiser for Men’s Mental health in honor of Randall Toop.

Our goal for the fundraiser is to raise awareness for men who are silently struggling with their mental health. We want to create a space where men feel empowered to reach out, seek help, and know that support is accessible.

Randall was someone whose smile could light up any room, and his laugh was truly contagious. Tragically, we lost Randall in August. We share his story to remind others that even those who appear to be okay may be fighting battles we cannot see.

The workout can be completed SOLO ($40 donation) or as a team of 2 Relay style ($50). Donation receipt for HEADSUPGUYS or cash.

Heats of 6 participants will start every 15 minutes with kick off at 9:00 am.
