Mindfest Summer Camp for Youth

CMHA Vernon’s Youth Integrated Services Hub hosts Mindfest Camp July 21 to 25 for youth ages 10 to 12. The Mindfest Camp is there to support your overall emotional well-being and build resiliency while promoting healthy coping skills in a fun, safe and collaborative environment. Highlights of the camp include:

Mindfulness and relaxation techniques
Social skills and team building activities
Expression through art and movement
Games and activities
Discussions on emotions and wellness

Camp runs from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at 3304 30th Avenue and other community spaces. Activities include a scavenger hunt, a field trip, painting, fitness and snacks.
