Released in 1994, Forrest Gump (Rated-PG-13) was directed by Robert Zemeckis, who is known for his work on Back to the Future, Cast Away, and Who Framed Roger Rabbit. It was nominated for 13 Academy Awards, winning 6, including Best Picture.
