Summer Free Movie Series - Field of Dreams

Join us for our third free screening in our Summer Free Movies Series - Field of Dreams! 🌽⚾️

Released in 1989, Field of Dreams blends sports with fantasy, memory, and reconciliation. Kevin Costner stars as Ray Kinsella, an Iowa farmer who hears a mysterious voice say, “If you build it, he will come.” Trusting the message, Ray sacrifices part of his cornfield to build a baseball diamond which sets off a chain of mystical encounters and personal reckonings.

Directed by Phil Alden Robinson and based on the novel Shoeless Joe by W.P. Kinsella, the film was nominated for three Academy Awards, including Best Picture. It has since become one of the most beloved baseball films of all time.
