About the event

Intro to Yoga for Boys

This is an introduction to yoga for middle-school age boys (11 to 14 years old). We focus on introductory concepts and postures that strengthen, stretch and balance the body and mind. Inspired by request and by personal experience (Janelle was introduced to yoga at 13 and it made a great impression), the aim is to plant a seed of interest and offer tools for calming the mind and facing challenges with self-confidence and strength.
