This isn’t about making art—it’s about making space in your mind using creativity. A grounded practice using doodles to reduce stress, regain mental clarity and self-expression.
Kitsilano based local artist, Divinity Chan will guide you through low-pressure exercises using shapes, lines, and colours to calm your system and recharge your mind.
By engaging in guided doodling, you’ll:
✔ No creative skill needed
✔ Supplies provided or BYO (bring your own)
✔ Hosted at the Kitsilano Vancouver Public Library
Attend one, a few or all 8 sessions and walk away with practical techniques you can use at your desk or when you’re feeling stuck. No art skills required—just curiosity and the willingness to play.
Note: This is not a replacement for therapy, but a creative self-care space.
Date: 8 sessions on Sundays - June 15, 22, 29 / July 6, 20, 27 / Aug 3, 17
Time: 1030am-1130am
