Summer is here and our yoga and SUP Workshop is back. This workshop is a unique half-day program designed to help you relax, get moving, and connect with nature in a super friendly, beginner-welcome way.
About Our Yoga & SUP Workshops:
We’ll start the afternoon with an outdoor yoga session close to the beach, surrounded by nature's beauty. You will be guided through gentle stretches and mindful movements, perfect for waking up your body and centering your mind. No worries if you're new to yoga or a seasoned pro – our sessions are set up for all levels, so you'll feel comfortable and fully supported.
Right after yoga, we'll shift gears into the paddleboarding part of the workshop! I’ll get you sorted with a SUP lesson that caters to your experience level. You’ll be paddling with confidence in no time while learning new skills and techniques. Absolutely no prior experience is needed here – we’re ready to welcome absolute beginners and experienced paddlers alike!
What You Can Expect:
- Peaceful Yoga Flow: Enjoy an hour of guided outdoor yoga to prepare your body and center your mind for paddleboarding.
- Complete SUP Lesson: Learn to balance, paddle, and navigate your stand-up paddleboard with ease.
- 2 Hours on the Water: Explore the beautiful waters off Jericho and Spanish Banks, soak up the sun, and enjoy the calm of nature.
- Supportive Environment: Both the yoga and SUP sessions are led by experienced instructors in a friendly, relaxed way, making sure you feel totally at ease.
- Small Group Vibe: We keep spots limited to 6 students to ensure you get personalized attention and a nice, close-knit community feel.

Workshop Details:
- When: Sunday, July 20th. Yoga practice kicks off at 4 PM, followed by our paddleboard session from 6-8 PM.
- Meeting Point: For both sessions, we'll meet in the parking lot of the Jericho Sailing Centre.
- Cost: $99.00 + GST per session, this includes all SUP equipment and instruction but please bring your own yoga mat.
