Unfortunately our regular studio doesn't have availaboility for all of our dates this session, so we'll be popping between Glow Studios and Rhodes Wellness College - both of which are within 10 mins walking distance of one another.

Yes! Join the beginner class, and we'll start at the very foundation of frame, the beat, how to ask your partner to dance etc. You'll be equipped to go out dancing! If you feel nervous, bring a new friend and join together. (If you bring a friend who's new to Lena's classes, you also each receive $10 off the class price 😉 )
𝟐) 𝐃𝐨 𝐈 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐚 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐮𝐩?
No. Expect to meet new people in class! You'll all be learning together and rotating partners so you get to dance with everyone.
𝟑) 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐊𝐢𝐳𝐨𝐦𝐛𝐚?
Kizomba is a partner dance originating in Angola, Central Africa. It's danced in a close hold to a wide range of fast and slow music, and can be danced with family, friends and partners. There's a great community of dancers here in Vancouver, so there'll be lots of opportunities for you to go out dancing!
