This 2-day hands-on Bubble Tea Barista Training (4 hours per day) is designed for beginners who want real bubble tea cafe-ready skills, not just recipes. Whether you want to work as a barista or understand bubble tea preparation properly, this class will give you a strong foundation.

Day 1 – Bubble Tea Fundamentals

• Tea basics and proper brewing techniques
• Milk tea preparation and taste balance
• Tapioca pearls preparation
• Toppings handling and portion control
• Equipment use (brewers, shakers, sealing machine)

Day 2 – Cafe SOPs & Workflow

• Opening procedures (daily setup checklist)
• Basic food safety and sanitation
• Cafe workflow and speed standards
• Consistency and quality control
