Ready to unplug and soak up some fresh air? Join us for Sit Spot Club, an awesome in-person event where you will be guided by a certified guide to connect with nature through gentle sensory prompts. Afterward we have tea and reflect. We meet in all weather so dress appropriately.
We're meeting at the washroom on Camosun Trail. Access it from Imperial Drive, 16th Ave or Camosun Ave.
