Our events involve 30 minutes of sitting quietly in nature, with no talking, no phones, and no agenda.Led by certified Forest Therapy guides and backed by research from UBC's Faculty of Forestry, our free gatherings offer an evidence-based approach to nature connection that's accessible to everyone.All sessions include time for optional socializing afterward and occur in all weather conditions. Just bring something to sit on (if you need it), dress appropriately, and arrive with an open mind.No experience necessary. Simply show up, find a spot, and sit. That's it.Sit Spot Club events are open to all for free.
