Ms Michelle taught for 12 years at Collin County Adventure Camp and is bringing some of her lessons to our new property just north of Aubrey.
During Fossil Exploration, students will get to dig up real fossils and create an impressions in their journal to bring home. Students will also learn about different soil layers and rock types.
Students will then create a "salt dough" fossil to take home.
Extra activities will include team building and outdoor play. We have corn hole, zip line, gaga ball, hammocks, kick ball, yard dice, yard Tetris, and more.
All supplies are provided, please have your child bring water and a snack.
Max participation: 30 students
Cost: $15 per student/ $10 per additional sibling
Ages: school aged. Lessons for k-4 and 5-12.
Non-participating children can play outdoors.
Indoor space provided for parents: free wifi and coffee/tea station
You may drop off or stay for the event. Students will be supervised by myself (Kayla Frazer) or Ms Michelle the entire time. Restrooms are available inside the residence. We have a barn cat and chickens that roam, dogs will be put inside.
If you plan to stay, please bring a folding chair in case we run out.
