Mindful Exploration

**This is a repeat activity from Sept 3. Craft lesson will be the same, no sound bath.**

Join us for some mindful and intentional art.

Ms Charlene is an LPC-A, LCDC, Certified in Mindfulness Therapy, Life Coach and Clinical Certified Trauma Therapist. She has over 20 years combined experience in k-12 education, individual, child, family and group therapy. She is excited to bring her skills and expertise to the homeschooling community.

Class Outline:
-Welcome & Grounding
-Setting Intentions
-Mindful Art Activity
-Sharing & Reflection
-Mindful Closing

Participating ages: 5+
Cost: $10/participant, $7/additional family member
Children under 5 can participate along with a participating adult.


Please bring your waters.

If you have a child outside of these ages and you feel like this would be a great event for them, you are welcome to sign them up.
