Mindful Art + Soundbath

Join us for some mindful and intentional art followed by a sound bath.
Ms Charlene is an LPC-A, LCDC, Certified in Mindfulness Therapy, Life Coach and Clinical Certified Trauma Therapist. She has over 20 years combined experience in k-12 education, individual, child, family and group therapy. She is excited to bring her skills and expertise to the homeschooling community.
Ms Margarita is a locally loved yoga instructor and also guides sound baths. She will be joining us this session to provide children with a peaceful and mindful sound bath at the end of their art activity.

Participating ages: 5-12
Cost: $25/participant
Max participants: 10

Please bring your waters, yoga mats provided.
If you have a child outside of these ages and you feel like this would be a great event for them, you are welcome to sign them up.
