The exhibition/show covers some 60 years of making art by Carl Theodorski. The Placement of the works and their sight lines are designed to make comparing and contrasting easy, helped along by the mixing of circa, media, and styles.

A central thread of the show is the serendipity of street finds: a turpentine stain on raw canvas, a crushed fish shaped pan or a word. Scattered throughout are quotes about the artist, quotes from him and quotes he likes.
