About the Instructor: Chris White is a highly experienced self-defense instructor with over 20 years of teaching expertise. She holds a 4th-degree black belt in Krav Maga and a 2nd-degree black belt in Taekwondo. Chris is passionate about empowering women through practical self-defense skills and creating a supportive, fun, and engaging learning environment. Her seminars are designed to boost confidence, enhance personal safety, and equip participants with skills they can use for life.
