Join us for a cozy, calming fall evening at Bloom Women’s Wellness for a nourishing 2-hour yoga + sound bath experience.
In collaboration with Golden Aura Healing + Lily Allen-Duenas, this special event includes:
🧘♀️ 45 minutes of gentle, grounding yoga
🔔 45 minutes of immersive sound bath using crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes
🍂 30 minutes to enjoy warm cider, charcuterie, and meaningful conversation
Set against the peaceful backdrop of our Urbandale office, you’ll be surrounded by soft lights, soothing sounds, and the comforting energy of a like-hearted group.
Sound Bath Experience Includes:
The session begins with a gentle meditation and breathing practice to help ground participants, followed by a deeply immersive sound journey. Throughout the session, Amy of Golden Aura Healing will move through the space, “bathing” each participant in the vibration of sound, allowing it to wash over and through you. We’ll close with a gentle reawakening, light stretching, and space for reflection or sharing if desired.

– Yoga mat
