Flow and Yin Yoga w/ Erica

Join us for well-balanced yoga class that's great for beginner to seasoned practitioner.

Yin Yoga focuses on the connective tissue and working with the breath and the mind through floor postures held for 3-5 minutes.
Flow Yoga moves the body through a series of movements to warm up all the muscles and joints, soothe the mind and move with the breath.

$15 cash at the door. All yoga supplies provided as needed, or bring your own!
