Join the city of Union, KY for a fun-filled day of spirit and celebration at our annual Union Celebrates America parade, festival, and firework finale!
The Union Celebrates America Parade will kick off at 6:00 PM with colorful floats, color guard, and performers making their way up 42. It's going to be spectacular, so make sure to bring the whole family and all of your friends to enjoy.
Temporary road closures: US 42 in particular, on Friday, June 27 from approximately 5:45 PM-6:30 PM. The parade route will start at Union Baptist
Church to Mt. Zion, then onto US 42, to Double Eagle, a left on Raiders Run, and end behind Ryle High School. Roads will reopen immediately following the parade.
After the parade, head over to the festival where you can enjoy live music, delicious food from food trucks, and booths. We kick off the main event at 6:30. There are plenty of fun activities for kids like games, face painting, balloon artists, and bounce houses. Featuring live music by DV8 during the event and a special guest appearance by Ms. KY.
As the sun sets, the grandest firework finale will blow your mind! The night will light up with color and spectacle.
