Who should be in attendance:
▪️ All returning athletes
▪️ New HS Athletes interested in joining our team!
▪️ Incoming 8th grade athletes looking to cheer @ MHS
All Skill Levels Are Welcome! We have an awesome coaching staff ready to coach your athletes to their full potential!
We will be: assessing athletes’ skills, technique, and overall performance abilities in preparation for the upcoming season!
▪️ Jumps: Height, form, flexibility, and synchronization.
▪️ Tumbling: Execution, difficulty level, and consistency of standing and running tumbling skills.
▪️ Motions and Sharpness: Precision, strength, and overall technique of arm motions.
▪️ Stunting: Technique, stability, safety, and teamwork during stunts and transitions.
What we’re looking for!
⭐️ Showmanship: Confidence, facial expressions, and ability to engage the crowd.
⭐️ Teamwork and A Good Attitude: Collaboration with teammates, coachability, and positive sportsmanship.
⭐️ Endurance and Fitness: Overall physical conditioning and ability to maintain energy throughout routines.
These evaluations are a key part of building a strong, spirited, and competitive cheer team for the fall season. All Skill Levels Welcome!
Attire:
Participants should wear fitted athletic clothing (cheer shorts, tank top or T-shirt) with cheer shoes. Hair should be secured neatly, and no jewelry.
