July End of Month Meditation + Dharma Talk

Join Rachel O'Rourke at 10am on Sunday, 27th July for a Calm-Abiding Meditation session followed by a talk on "I am being pulled in so many directions - what do I do?"

Rachel will look at the timeless wisdom of Buddhism to see how we can apply it when there are many demands on our time and energy. Find ways to create pockets of peace in your day-to-day life to bring about calm, joy and happiness.
