Shamanic Breathwork with Jane Anthony

✨ Shamanic Breathwork is a guided journey using connected breathing, drum rhythms, energy work, and chakra-tuned music to access deep states of healing and transformation. Through the breath, you can uncover stuck patterns, release emotions, and connect with your inner truth—no experience needed.

🌿 The ceremony begins with a drum journey, followed by a powerful breathwork session, and closes with integration. It's a safe, welcoming space to feel, move, and reconnect with your deepest self.

This practice can open the door to clarity, emotional release, embodied insight, and profound healing. Each experience is unique and deeply personal.

Jane is deeply committed to helping others (re)discover their inner guide and healer. With a grounded, embodied, and trauma-informed approach to spiritual practices, she creates safe spaces for deep self-discovery and transformation. Jane is a Shamanic Breathwork Master Practitioner through Venus Rising Association for Transformation where she also serves as a member of their staff & training team.
