🧘♀️ What are we? How can we experience our true nature within the body?
How can we develop a greater sense of presence, awareness and live a more liberated embodied life?
✨ Join Emma as she guides you to find your own answers, and simply be with the sensations without even needing it to mean anything, or perhaps discover new questions.
She will be using the system of Embodied Flow, which is a continuum of movement and expression that draws from non-dual technology of tantra, hatha yoga, and somatic movement systems.
🌸 This practice allows us to come back home into the body, to listen deeply, to give permission to anything to bubble up to the surface, so the unknown or hidden parts of ourselves find ways to be felt, seen and heard. By journeying both deep inside to our own experience and out through our perceptions to the world we live in, we can begin to see beyond conditioned self-images, mental constructs, labels, and habitual patterns of thinking, moving, and living.
This workshop encourages all sensations, feelings, and emotions to emerge and allow them to transform, by enhancing curiosity, movement, and radical self agency.
🌿 You will leave the workshop learning to trust the body and its intuitive knowledge, experience more alertness and clarity of mind, and experience greater openness and spontaneity of being and perceiving as the body becomes more balanced and integrated.
