Our Lactation and Childbirth Education Classes are designed for expectant parents and their support teams who want to feel informed, empowered, and ready for the big day, and the days that follow.
In these classes, you’ll learn:
Childbirth Preparation: Understanding the stages of labor, comfort techniques, birth positions, and how to advocate for your preferences.
Lactation Education: How to establish breastfeeding, troubleshoot common challenges, and set yourself up for a smooth feeding journey.
Postpartum Planning: What to expect in the early weeks after birth, recovery tips, and how to support both parent and baby during this time.
Taught by experienced Midwives and IBCLCs, our classes combine evidence-based education with practical, hands-on guidance. Whether you’re a first-time parent or adding to your family, you’ll leave feeling prepared and supported.
