Community Sunset Yoga on the Beach

Join us on Tuesday evenings for a GENTLE beach yoga class with Carmen Loup!

Carmen leads an hour long Integral Yoga Hatha class with extended meditation and a beautiful sunset!

This is a pay-what-you-feel community class! We meet on the most southern point of Tybee island to get a beautiful view of the sunset.

Please do not bring a yoga mat, as it's difficult to get sand off a sticky mat! A beach towel works well, but a Mexican blanket or tapestry is ideal 🙂
Bring/wear:
Sunscreen
Bug spray in case of sand gnats!
Loose, comfortable clothing and/or bathing suit
Metal or plastic water bottle
Don't bring/wear:
Yoga mat
Tight or restrictive clothing
Glass bottles or mason jars (Tybee island police can fine you for having glass)
