At Kayak Starved Rock, we maintain a strict policy of ALL SALES FINAL — no refunds will be issued once payment has been processed.
However, we understand that life happens, and we strive to be as flexible as possible!
If you're unable to make your reservation for any reason, we’re happy to issue you a full credit in the amount paid, valid through October 15, 2026, as long as you contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled reservations.
