Calm and Restore Yoga

Calm + Restore… a soothing yoga class designed to help you unwind and recharge. Through slow, intentional movements and deep breathing techniques, this class focuses on movement, relaxation and mindfulness.

This is a practice for every body…no prior yoga experience necessary. It offers a peaceful space to slow down, reconnect, and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

$20/class

Classes meet every Tuesday and Friday at 9am at Awakened Lakeshore
