Somatic Yoga with Meg - Tuesdays - 7.30pm

This is a movement practice which delves into the ancient roots of yoga through a somatic lens


The somatic approach focusses on the internal experience over the external appearance, offering a way to tune into our internal landscape and build a deep awareness of the body

We invite curiosity and exploration to a range of movement styles, combining elements of yoga, free movement and dance

You can expect a journey through movement, rest and release with a carefully curated soundscape, accessible for all levels of experience!
