Free Community Meditation Gathering with Gelara - Tuesdays 4.00pm

Join us for a peaceful and inclusive community meditation session designed to help you find inner calm and connection. This gathering is open to everyone—whether you’re a seasoned meditator or just beginning your journey.

Through guided meditation and quiet reflection, we’ll create a supportive space for relaxation, mindfulness, and a sense of shared presence. Together, we’ll take a pause from the busyness of daily life and reconnect with what matters most.

Free Class/Donation-based

This is a welcoming event for all ages and backgrounds. No experience is necessary—just bring an open mind and, if you’d like, a cushion or mat for added comfort.
