Tulsa boasts a wide variety of residential architecture from the late 1800s through today. From midcentury modern, craftsman bungalows and colonial revival to contemporary mansions, there is an abundance of interesting homes throughout the city. The goal of TFA’s newest residential-focused program, Distinctive Dwellings, is to give those who love architecture an opportunity to see behind the doors of Tulsa’s most distinctive residences through self-guided exploration. Each guest will received a brochure with historic information about the property and have the opportunity to explore the home at their own pace.

Nestled just ten minutes from downtown Tulsa, Cedar Rock Inn is the architectural centerpiece of Redberry Farm, a peaceful 60-acre retreat where rustic charm meets thoughtful restoration. Owned and lovingly renovated by Sandi Dittmann, this 5,500-square-foot bed and breakfast was once a dilapidated stone home built in 1890 by Tecumseh Perryman, a member of one of Tulsa’s founding families. After more than six years of painstaking renovation, Dittmann transformed the historic structure into a luxurious five-suite inn that blends old-world character with modern amenities like fireplaces, whirlpools, and a sauna. Every detail—down to the reclaimed wood floors, antique ceiling fans, and paver-lined walkways—reflects a deep respect for sustainability and craftsmanship. The entire inn will be open to tour during this event.

PARKING: Free parking is availble onsite. Please park in the east lot.

ON OPEN HOUSE DAY: Please arrive 10 minutes early to get checked in. Consult your ticket for the entry time you selected when purchasing your ticket.
