The Stroke Survivors Support Group, a joint offering from Saint Francis Health System and Tulsa Rehabilitation Hospital, provides a supportive environment for stroke survivors and their families. Join us on the third Thursday of every month from 3-4 p.m. at Tulsa Rehab Hospital to connect with other stroke survivors.
