Relax at the AARP Sound Bath at Guthrie Green

AARP Oklahoma and Guthrie Green are hosting free meditative experiences for the community. Join us inside Fly Loft, 117 N. Boston Ave in Tulsa, for the guided meditation series.

For the guided meditations, an experienced practioner will lead the participants through the meditation process using verbal instructions. This guidance can be especially helpful for beginners can include various techniques such as mindfulness, body scans, breath awareness, and visualization.

The guided meditation experience is free and open to all ages. Parents are encouraged to consider their child's ability to participate in this meditative experience.
Please plan to arrive early. The guided meditation starts promptly at 10 a.m. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
