75 min class heated to 105 degrees (intermediate level)

Embracing the full health benefits of our infrared heated room we begin with a Hot 105 flow that focuses on alignment, posture and joint lubrication with motion. You will detoxify and sweat as you learn tools for self myofascial release using pressure with a foam roller. We will wrap up this hour of body care with relaxation techniques and sound therapy.
