Flips Camp

Camp runs Mon - Fri

Come learn the art of flips & freerunning! This intensive will focus on 4 major rotations: front, back, side, and twist. We'll build up basic freerunning tricks to incorporate into parkour, as well as use our crash pads to work our bigger flips. Of course, we'll also be playing some of our favorite parkour games!
