Iyengar Yoga Ropes workshop

Let Senior Iyengar teacher Lucy Aldridge show you the ropes, quite literally, by teaching you how to use the Iyengar yoga rope wall right here at Lime House Yoga!

In these special 3-hour Iyengar Yoga Ropes workshops, you will be given your own ‘rope station’ on our beautifully designed Iyengar Yoga Rope wall and Lucy will teach you how to use the ropes and other yoga props to deepen and enhance your practice.
