Tai Chi @ LCCOA

The Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention program by MU Extension is a comprehensive exercise program designed to improve multiple aspects of health through slow, gentle movements. The program is suitable for adults of all levels and abilities, with the degree of exertion easily adjustable. It includes warmup exercises, six basic and six advanced moves, and a cooldown, with 16 one-hour classes held twice a week.

The program has been shown to provide benefits such as pain relief, improved balance, and reduced falls. Participants can register for the program at a cost of $50 for 18 sessions, making it an affordable option for those looking to enhance their health and prevent falls.
