~LCCOA's 2nd Annual Putt Around Town~
This unique, family-friendly progressive event where each participating business will create a custom miniature golf hole to challenge participants. The early bird gets the worm...holes will be reserved on a first come, first served basis and we hope they'll fill up fast!
The fun will begin and end at the Lincoln County Council on Aging (located at 1380 Boone Street) where participants will check in and receive a goody bag, score card and course map – then the tournament will start. Each 4-person group will be sent off to their starting hole (like a shotgun tournament), then after completing all 9 holes, meet back up with all of the other golfers at the “Tenth Hole” for a celebratory hors d'oeuvres and awards celebration with lots of prizes.
Putters will be provided at each participating “hole”/business/residence. Prizes will be awarded for the most creatively dressed group, lowest score, highest score and most hole-in-ones. All participants will be entered in a raffle to win great prizes.
