Instructors from Troy-based Explore Yoga Studio will lead students through yoga postures and breathwork in classes appropriate for all levels of experience, from beginner to advanced. You will need to bring your own mat. We encourage you to register in advance as space is limited.

Museum Yoga classes are held outdoors on Troy Historic Village grounds as the weather allows. If it rains, class will be held in the Niles-Barnard House.

Museum Yoga takes place while we are Open Late to the public. Registration for Museum Yoga includes General Admission to the Village on the day of class so that you can explore the Village before class!
