Join movement specialist Duane Wrenn and Dr. Aarti Soorya for a dynamic 3 part workshop series on the importance of posture and presence. We discuss what our posture may tell us about our current state of being. We explore ways our posture can be used as a way to ease stress and overwhelm. With exercises designed to get us on track, keep us on track or help us change tracks.
Duane Wrenn and Aarti Soorya are known as the “Stress Busters”. With a focus on education and application, their informative and exciting classes will leave you with the necessary tools for self care before, during, and or after “stressful events”. Join us for our series Posture and Presence where we review and discuss what stress does to the physiology of the body and how our posture can be affected. Our goal is to provide education and exercise that will inspire a variety of movements throughout your day.
Meet Us:
Movement Specialist Duane Wrenn. I have been working with the human body in motion for over 30 years. With a focus in biomechanics and physiology, my passion is for efficiency within movement. It is this passion that fuels my fascination with our nervous system.
Dr. Aarti Soorya, an Integrative Medicine Physician. I blend my conventional medical expertise with brain-body techniques to help individuals cultivate a resilient physiology by training the nervous system to become adaptable.
