Metamorphose Breathwork with Marty Bugbee

The Metamorphose Breathwork Experience combines several modalities and styles of Breathwork.
It includes energy releasing movement, facilitated breathwork rounds, a past-self meditation, integration, and a sharing circle.
Throughout the process, healing music and coaching instructions are streamed through headphones to create binaural stimulation of both hemispheres of the brain.
Most people who participate say it was like nothing they’ve ever experienced, even experienced practitioners.


Breathwork with Marty is held Monthly at both Farmington and Troy locations.
Troy ~ 2nd Wednesday of the month
Farmington ~ Last Wednesday of the month


About Marty:
Marty was a career first responder and military veteran. As he explored various healing modalities for wellness and stress management, he discovered Breathwork while attending a healing retreat in Costa Rica. It was that experience that drove him to become a Certified Breathwork Facilitator.
