The Art of Peace - Sound Voyage with Eva

Let the journey of sound soothe your nervous system and restore balance.

Eva plays a collection of antique bowls handmade by Tibetan monks, which were used for centuries for healing and meditation.

Eva creates an improvised, vibrational soundscape that can be both heard and felt, awakening the body’s internal wisdom for healing, releasing stress, and promoting deep relaxation. You can get comfortable with available bolsters and blankets or feel free to bring your own from home. own from home.
