- Ben Butler (HIPnation) is VP of Sales for HIPnation, a Direct Primary Care organization in Atlanta, Georgia. Ben has been with HIPnation for over 6 years. He has overseen the enrollment of over 200 employer groups and thousands of individuals into HIPnation. Ben lives near Atlanta with his wife, Madison, and his 2 children. He has 2 kids under 18 months old, so he currently has no hobbies, but maybe one day.
- Madison Ford (Ford Insurance Agency) is a dynamic local professional specializing in employee benefits. With a passion for reimagining the traditional benefits landscape, Madison delivers innovative and alternative solutions that strategically balance employer goals with employee engagement and long-term value. His fresh approach blends creativity with data-driven thinking, enabling organizations to attract, support, and retain talent through customized, forward-thinking benefits strategies. - Rob Hanel (TentCraft) has worked for TentCraft in Traverse City for nearly a decade where he is currently the Director of People (HR) and Space (Facilities). He is also the immediate Past President for the Traverse Area Human Resources Association and currently serves as Board Trustee. Born and raised in Traverse City, he is a graduate of Traverse City West Senior High, and went on to study at Grand Valley State University where he earned a BS in Integrative Studies. Rob spent the first half of his almost 20 year career in Utah, Oregon, and California working in the Outdoor Industry in various HR roles. He boomeranged back to Traverse City to start a family in 2016 with his wife and two young sons ages 5 and 6. Recognizing his HR superpowers as Adaptability and Continuous Improvement, Rob helped lead TentCraft down the path of turning their focus away from traditional healthcare and replacing it with a cash pay model. This model has three elements to it: Direct Primary Care (Table Health), Major Medical Cost Sharing Community (Sedera), and a Health Reimbursement Arrangement for Dental and Vision care (Drawbridge).
- Abe Manthei (The Manthei Group) is the Director of Missional Development for the Manthei Group, a Michigan-based collection of family-owned businesses in the manufacturing and real estate markets. Over the last several years, Abe has led his family from focusing its charity work on predominately foreign endeavors to shifting much of this focus onto helping the employees of the Manthei Group grow to become better versions of themselves. This has included establishing a direct primary care clinic with Table Health adjacent to the Manthei Group's largest facility.
- Vince WinklerPrins, MD, FAAFP (Table Health) is a local DPC physician who attended undergrad and medical school at the University of Michigan. With decades of experience as a family physician across various settings, including Michigan, Wisconsin, Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., The Netherlands, and Brazil, he brings a wealth of clinical knowledge. Dr. WinklerPrins has also held high-level academic positions at Michigan State University's College of Human Medicine and Georgetown University's School of Medicine and has received numerous teaching and clinical awards.

Matt Ohrt (Author, Consultant, National Speaker, FMMA Chapter Leader) Over the course of a 25-year HR career, Matt served as an executive leader for prominent companies, including Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Fortune Brands, and Badger Mining, which was recognized as the #1 Great Place to Work in America by SHRM and Forbes. In 2016, as VP of HR at Merrill Steel, he spearheaded a five-year health plan transformation that saved the company and its employees over $5 million. In 2018, Matt founded the Healthcare Best Practice Group, now comprising over 20,000 members. His innovative leadership has earned him several accolades, including the 2019 HR Professional of the Year, the 2020 Healthcare Transformation Award, and the 2020 National Employer/Purchaser Healthcare Award. In 2022, he co-founded Self Fund Health and in 2023 authored the influential book, "Save Your Company, Don’t Feed the Beast - The Employer Healthcare Success Formula." Matt is a recognized national figure in direct care advocacy and healthcare innovation.
