Join local life coach Cathy Fitzgerald for a short but powerful session designed with small business owners in mind. You’ll reflect on what’s working, release what’s not, and realign with the energy you do have—so you can make the most of the season (and still enjoy the beach).

Cathy’s presentation will be about 30 minutes and then we move into focused work time. We use this time as accountability to tackle high-level, needle moving tasks that often get pushed aside for putting out fires in our business or busy client work.
