WHAT: Workshop being held by Townsville Writers and Publishers Centre
ABOUT: Want to fast track your writing by learning tools to create deeply engaging stories with memorable scenes, language, and characters? Whether you’re writing (or want to write) memoir or fiction, you can supercharge your writing and save yourself years of slog. During it, you will learn how to more effectively show than tell, how language can be specifically used for acceleration and braking to control pace, and the power of creating compelling sensory imagery. Open and suitable for anyone starting out to those with several books down the track - this is one of those workshops you won’t want to miss!
