You're invited to a morning of deep rest and resonance with William Mabo and Jess Brown of Bodhi Sound Healing.

Guided by the ancient tones of the didgeridoo and the gentle frequencies of sound bowls, this immersive meditation creates space for grounding, release, and inner stillness.

William weaves the powerful vibrations of the yidaki (didgeridoo) with cultural intention, while Jess offers harmonic layers to support relaxation and energetic alignment.

Together, they will lead you on a journey of deep listening—connecting body, mind, and spirit, and inviting you to gently return to yourself.

No experience necessary. All are welcome.
