Drop-in Run Clinic

Tiffanie and Jennifer are leading two running clinics this month! Use these as an opportunity to experience our Run Club sessions without the commitment, or use them as an excuse to get back to running among a group of supportive women!!

Our drop-in Running Clinics are designed just for moms of all running levels. This supportive, no-pressure environment is the perfect place to connect with other local moms, share motivation, and build confidence on your running journey.
