On Friday, we discover meditation and spice theory - awakening your senses to Himalayan flavours and aromas
On Saturday, we experience the wisdom of melting into food - Yoga, meditation and hands-on food creation.

This is not just an ordinary cooking class — it's an invitation to journey into Himalayan culture and spirituality through the sacredness of cooking and the connection food offers with the natural world. Under the guidance of traditional Himalayan masters: Sey Jigme and Khandro Thrinlay Chodon

Sey Jigme has a longstanding history and reputation as a great cook. He owned a successful restaurant in India that was a beloved destination for both locals and visitors alike.
