With over 30 years of experience in the wellbeing world, Jem is a skilled Reiki Practitioner, Meditation Teacher, and Wellbeing Specialist, dedicated to helping you feel your best.

Don't forget to bring a mat and a water bottle to ensure you're comfortable throughout the session. Doors locked at 6.05pm so as not to disturb the other attendees
