September- Immersive Dome Sound Bath with Reiki

Join Jem from RebalanceU for a calming and uplifting guided meditation experience that blends three powerful holistic techniques to help you feel more centered and aligned. In this session, Jem will guide you through a peaceful meditation, share the healing energy of Reiki, and enhance the atmosphere with soothing sound bowls—all designed to elevate your journey to a higher level of relaxation and clarity.
Expect to leave the session feeling deeply relaxed, recharged with Reiki energy, and ready to take on the week ahead with a renewed sense of balance and alignment.
With over 30 years of experience in the wellbeing world, Jem is a skilled Reiki Practitioner, Meditation Teacher, and Wellbeing Specialist, dedicated to helping you feel your best.
Don't forget to bring a mat and a water bottle to ensure you're comfortable throughout the session. Doors locked at 6.05pm so as not to disturb the other attendees.
