A slow, immersive sound journey inspired by night skies and starlight
Guided arrival, breath, then deep rest while the sound does the work
Gentle return to waking with grounding tones
Bring:
A yoga mat or camping mat
Cozy layers/blanket + pillow
Water bottle, optional eye mask

No experience needed—simply lie down and listen
